Our Team




Field Supervisor

keithKeith is a Field Supervisor with Emergency Plumbing. He has over 30 years of experience in the field beginning in 1980 learning the trade from his uncle in New York. In 1984, Keith attended a plumbing trade school for several years before moving to Arizona.

Once in Arizona he worked for Southwest Sewer and Drain and became their lead tech within a year. Since 2001 he has been building a business with a loyal customer base providing plumbing services to homeowners and businesses throughout the state of Arizona.

Keith has 2 teenage boys and enjoys traveling in his RV, fishing and woodworking. He loves his job and prides himself on being honest and providing the best customer service possible. Rest assured you are in the best of hands with Keith as your technician. He is thorough and very knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing. Customers continue to use Emergency Plumbing because of Keith’s sincerity, desire for helping people, problem solving skills, and quality of workmanship. Office Manager

Lisa is the newest addition to our office team. She was born in Virginia and raised in Prescott, AZ. Growing up she enjoyed the performing arts including playing the clarinet, bassoon, handbells and dance, particularly ballet. After high school she went on to attend the University of Arizona in Tucson where she studied Special Education and Rehabilitation with an emphasis in Deaf Studies. She was an active member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority where she served in many leadership positions. After college she worked as a Sign Language interpreter for the deaf throughout the Tucson Unified School District and for Central Arizona College.

Lisa returned to Prescott to manage her family’s hardware store. During that time she honed her management and customer service skills.

Lisa has a beautiful and talented daughter with whom she loves sharing her passion of dance and music. In her spare time Lisa enjoys spending time with family, traveling, shopping, working on various craft projects, and of course watching her daughter perform on stage. She has a 2 1/2 pound chorkie named Lola who is a certified therapy dog. Together they enjoy making visits to hospitals and nursing homes.
